Youth Perspectives 1: Pathways to a Better Bangladesh

1. A government must be formed where the Prime Minister will not be previously affiliated with the presently existing political parties and will be neutral towards all religions and castes

2. A powerful free alternative political party should exist for constructive criticism and accountability

3. The high officials of the legal authority (i.e army navy police etc.) should not be related to the Prime Minister

4. The most important is to avoid corruption and establish a qualified and independent anti-corruption team. Strict punishment should be enforced for those who indulge in such heinous act

5. The election should be held in a systematic and democratic manner.

6. The medias should remain independent and none should be taken under custody for criticizing the government in social media if people remain in favour.

7. India should not be too much involved in the political matters and we should embrace our diplomatic relation with China more firmly compared to that with India.

8. The long left issues like Tista Water Problem, border issue must be solved through international support.
